Topic: Asia- Artist's Impression

The international exhibition project consolidates on one platform the works of contemporary artists, designers, sculptors, photo artists who build-up a work of art in the context of the great Asian area, including of course Russia - from India and China, Nepal, Pakistan - to the former Soviet Republics of Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, as well as Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Turkey.

CHOOSING THE FORM OF PARTICIPATION

Step 1:

The author determines the way of participation: IN PERSON, ABSENTEE, or REMOTE. All participants enjoy equal rights and are evaluated on the 10-point marking scale regardless of the way of participation.

Absentee Participation

The Organization Committee prints out the files, frame, and arrange exhibits

Exhibited are the photocopies of one’s art works. The author shall send appropriate files of his/her art works to the following email: info@modernexpo.info   and the Organizing Committee shall print the files, frame, and arrange exhibits.

REGISTRATION FEE PAYMENT

Step 3:

The author pays the registration fee. After paying the registration fee, the author has to send a receipt or screenshot of the payment to the following e-mail address of the Organizing Committee: info@modernexpo.info 

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROJECT

The Way of Participation

In-Person Participation

Art works participate in the exhibition and competition

The author personally brings his/her art works to the exhibition. Personal presence of the author during the exhibition is not required. The author participates in the program during the exhibition at his/her own will. At the end of the exhibition the authors shall take out their works themselves or use a delivery service at their own expense notifying the Organizing Committee well in advance.

Absentee Participation

Remote Participation

Remote artworks are exhibited at the general exposition 

 

The exposition exhibits originals or copies, which the author shall send to the Moscow Organizing Committee by post (a courier) well in advance before the start of the exhibition. The author assigns to the Organizing Committee to accept the art works from a transport company and expose them at the exhibition. The personal presence of the author at the exhibition is not required.

COMPETITION PARTICIPATION FORMS:

1) IN-PERSON PARTICIPATION (personal participation): you submit the originals of your art works in Moscow

2) REMOTE  PARTICIPATION: exhibits the originals of your art works sent by post to the Moscow Org. Committee.

3) ABSENTEE PARTICIPATION (photocopies): exhibits reproductions of your art works printed from your files (exposure in the form of photocopies).

The Organizing Committee prints out the submitted files. Absentee works are exposed at the exhibition (on the wall) and published in the A4 format catalogue. At the author’s request it is possible to make a full-size photocopy (you’ll find the additional cost in the "Cost of participation" section).

Authors over 16 may take part in the project. Authors under 18 are evaluated by the jury members separately from the adult audience.
